Josh was very thorough and efficient with his work, first with clearing the drain blockages, then using the camera to show me the concerns with the pipework, both within the property boundaries and externally too. He advised me to contact SWW and they have also been to inspect and as a result of Josh’s advice will be rectifying the concerns externally to my property. Josh completed the work to the drain pipes today, and again showed me the completed work using the camera. Clean, tidy and very reliable service. A much better customer experience than the previous month with a different company who were over priced and unable to fix the problem. Thank you Josh. ~ Katie S

My.sewer pipe was constantly blocking up and making life miserable! I called Josh, and he and his colleague Luke came round on Monday. They dug it all up, replaced it with a new one, removed all the mess, and even replaced the gravel. (Cleaned up all the muddy footprints in the kitchen too!) When I arrived home on Tuesday the job was done, and order restored I am very pleased with the job they did and would happily recommend them to anyone! ~ Trish G

Messaged Clear Stream Drainage solutions at 14:00 due to a leaking manhole cover in the garden. Josh messaged back and arrived within 2 hours. Josh and his colleague assessed the issue and sorted the problem within 30minutes, including clearing up the mess that they were confronted with. Simple blocked drain was dealt with quickly and efficiently. However I feel the standard charge of £199, which had to be paid in advance, was rather excessive for the time expended. I do understand that if it was more complicated and had taken longer, the charge would have been the same, but perhaps the cost could be linked to the time taken. Would still recommend. ~ Denise A

Called him out at 10:30pm as my bathroom was flooding, came out as quick as he could from pretty far away, identified the problem pretty much instantly and sorted it as quick as possible. Absolutely spot on, lovely guy as well, very very reasonable price. Would highly recommend. ~ Tristan 2

Josh really knows his drains. He is polite, and knowledgeable. Digging down to the broken pipe they took real care not to impact any of the surrounding driveway. Pipe all fixed and It looked as good as new when he'd finished. I would definitely recommend. ~ Karen H

Josh helped us with a CCTV drain survey which we had to try and find where our drains were running. He was super helpful and patient while we mapped everything out. He was able to tell us the distances and turns and the video was very clear. 100% would recommend. ~ Hannah K

I had a blockage in my manhole leading to my septic tank in my garden. I contacted Clear Stream Drainage, discussed the blocked pipe problem and was told he would be with me later in the day. When he arrived, he put a camera up the pipe and we saw masses of roots all the way along the pipe, also places where the water was holding up, this was because the pipes had sagged downwards. He had a special piece of equipment which had chains with sharp cutting blades on them which would remove the roots. He suggested that the best way to cure the problem, after removing the roots, was to put a liner inside the pipe, this was similar to a piece of fibreglass mat, heavily impregnated with an epoxy resin which would set hard on the inside of the pipe. Also they would have to dig up eight meters of pipe and replace it with new plastic pipe. Joss came on the Friday to start work, hand dug up the pipes and started putting in the patches. On Saturday he returned with Luke and they continued. I was very impressed with their work ethos and the specialized equipment they brought to complete the work. Joss told me I had a five year guarantee on the work carried out. I am very pleased with the result and hlghly recommend this Company.
